Pre-Criminal Social Danger...

Mensaje por LoriG el Vie Oct 05, 2007 8:44 am

The article below, was posted by Marc at Babalu. It is unbelievable to me how Hollywood, the Charles Rangels, the Serranos, the Jessie Jacksons, the Al Sharptons, and the rest of STUPID CASTRO loving America, ignore such tags as PRE-CRIMINAL DANGER. You can get a CRIMINAL SENTENCE FOR BEING TAGGED AS A POSSIBLE CRIMINAL BECAUSE YOUR POLITICAL IDEOLOGY IS DIFFERENT FROM THE GOVERNMENTS !!!

You can also visit Marc's site dedicated to a different political prisoner everyday right here

In Cuba, you really never get out of jail

Former Cuban political prisoner Ricardo Pupo Sierra earlier this week received a reminder that on the island, your imprisonment is really never over.

Pupo was arrested about 1:20 a.m. Tuesday, as he returned to his Cienfuegos home from a visit to see independent journalist Alejandro Tur Valladares, according to a report by independent journalist Tania Maceda Guerra, posted at Payo Libre.

Pupo, who in March was released from prison after serving 3 years for being a "pre-criminal social danger," was taken to a police station, where he was interrogated and threatened for several hours. The officers, according to Maceda's report, warned Pupo that he could be sent back to prison if he did not halt his "counter-revolutionary activities."

Erik de Jesús Valdés Álvarez may not be so fortunate, to get off only with a warning.

Guerra also reported that Valdés, 24, faces a 4-year prison sentence, when he is brought before a judge today on a charge of being a "pre-criminal social danger" — which in Valdés' case means being yet another young Cuban to reject the so-called promises of the Fidel Castro's revolution. Valdés, who was arrested Sept. 29 in Santiago de Cuba, is a member of the Cuban Youth for Democracy Movement.
That in Cuba, you can be convicted of something called "pre-criminal social danger," shows both the cruelty and the desperation of the communist regime, to silence those who dare challenge its legitimacy. And why all those who, whether from their homes or on the streets, struggle for freedom, are in danger of at any moment, of being locked away.
And why they are deserving of our support and prayers.
